Jessie Fletcher Meadows

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Mooresville native, Jessica Fletcher Meadows is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialty in women’s health, dry needling and spinal manipulation. She received her degree in Physical Therapy from High Point University and her Bachelors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has a well-rounded fitness background and strives to provide the same holistic treatment approach to each of her patients. Her focus is to educate and encourage her patients to best understand why and how pain and dysfunction can be treated to best prevent it from hindering their quality of life.
Some physical therapists specialize in understanding the often-overlooked Pelvic Floor. This integral network of muscles, crucial for both men and women, not only supports pelvic organs but also plays a vital role in stabilizing the pelvis and spine, enhancing sexual function, and ensuring control over bowel and bladder movements. Pelvic floor muscles, like any other in the body, can undergo changes—be it weakening, lengthening, tightening, or injury. Such alterations can lead to pelvic dysfunction, causing discomfort, incontinence, or related issues.
